Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZI Logistics LLC's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

ZI Logistics LLC provides freight brokerage and logistics services including, but not limited to, Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Partial Truckload, Drop Trailer, Warehousing, and Hazmat transport coordination.

Carrier Requirements

All carriers working with ZI Logistics LLC must:

• Maintain a valid MC Authority issued by the FMCSA
• Hold a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance policy
• Hold a minimum $100,000 cargo insurance policy
• Provide a valid W-9 and all required documentation
• Comply with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and EPA regulations

Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers using our services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate freight information for quote requests
• Proper packaging and labeling of all shipments
• Having freight ready at the agreed pick-up time
• Ensuring hazardous materials are properly classified and labeled

Limitation of Liability

ZI Logistics LLC acts as a freight broker and is not a carrier. Our liability is limited as defined in the broker-carrier and broker-shipper agreements. We are not liable for cargo loss or damage beyond what is specified in applicable agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual broker-carrier and broker-shipper agreements. We offer various payment options including standard terms and quick-pay options. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in individual agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
